I installed tap to radar with a jailbreak once not to trigger you in n any way but I’m just saying that I got it working without the need of apple services and things like that and it was pretty cool tbh
Yes, some of them can also be installed through the use of services such as AppSync Unified via Filza.

Yeah I used filza and modified the app version to iOS 13.5 because the app was made for a internal build of iOS 14 that was leaked
