Keep looking where you found it, you might find more stuff
I’ve just found a site containing the emails of about 50 current Apple employees. These are used to sign into AppleConnect and other internal services. I’ve downloaded the list, but will not be sharing it. If you have any advice, feel free to comment below.

I searched very thoroughly, but was unable to find any more information. It was not found on an Apple server, but rather another site entirely. No passwords were included with the emails, but because there are so many emails, attempting to crack the passwords may be feasible.

Yes, but if you have their credentials, you could theoretically access their email account and approve the sign in request.
