Do you have any screenshots or just the icon of the app?
The Finder rewrite that is supposedly going to be included in iOS 15 may just be for use on InternalUI builds. I’m not entirely sure if this will make its way into the iOS 15 GM, but I think that it is certainly possible we will see some improvements to Files at the very least.
