iOS 15 will also include a huge overhaul to WidgetKit, allowing widgets to become more useful and interactive. As of right now, it’s still unknown whether or not new widget sizes will be introduced.

Is there a chance iOS 15 might have an option to go back to the iOS 6-era icons?

No, not natively at least. There’s a possibility of built in theming but I’m not sure what it’s limitations are. All I know is that if this is included, there will only be 2 native themes; the current flat icon style and the neumorphic icon style.

The percent in the battery has been a feature present in InternalUI builds for a long time. But you are correct in saying that I am jailbroken. You need to be in order to do a partial install of an InternalUI build.
