If I had to guess, I’d say that if this plan does in fact make it through to the final release, there will be two themes for the user to choose from, one resembling the neumorphic design present in the new macOS icons, and one resembling the current design of the icons on iOS.
I’ve hoped for this since last year, obviously it wasn’t on 14 tho
It will be really cool but we still use jailbreak tho i mean jailbreak is more then themes...etc so im not updating to ios 15 until i see the phone is full open control for the user
They’ve been planning that since iOS 10 afaik
The best option would be if they would do a theme store that everyone could develop themes..
