From what I’ve been told, they will change, and it makes perfect sense, as Apple likes to keep things consistent. I can’t make you believe me, but just wait and see. I’m very confident in this statement. 
To anyone who thinks that the icons won’t adopt the Big Sur style in iOS 15, all I have to say to you is... you’re wrong.

Nothing major. There should be some slight modifications to the Music app as well as the Mail app. And as you probably already know, there will be a new Control Center.
