Not sure where you got that idea, but DCSD cables aren’t for removing iCloud.

As far as i know you can read/write syscfg nand but its only for iPad 5/6, mini 4, Pro 10,5, and Pro 2nd gen 12,9. maybe but not shure old iphone 4/4s.
