I personally feel like if an employee is willing to give out even confidential information then it’s their choice and, even though it may be illegal, Is fine in my book!
I try my best to avoid unnecessary drama, but when someone continues to cause issues, they need to be called out. @choco_bit is the biggest hypocrite of all time. It is! I always respect their decision whether they choose to share information or not. The fact that said person also chooses to hound employees for information makes it even more ridiculous that they have the nerve to call me out about it. It’s pretty silly.
