Totally yes! One question though: What does it do?

Oh wow! That seems very useful! Does it need AppleConnect?

Ah, makes sense. I’m assuming there’s no “spoofing” or getting around an AppleConnect vpn? There’s so many programs that require it and it’s a shame there’s no bypass!

As of right now, there’s no publicly available bypass. However, I will say that I have been working on something similar to what you’re describing. It’s a huge undertaking, so it will be awhile before there’s any major breakthroughs, but keep your eyes peeled.

Wow! That’s awesome and would be incredible if it works! And here I am not even able to restore switchboard

I’m sort of in the same boat when it comes to that sort of thing. I don’t deal with hardware often, so I don’t have a whole lot of SwitchBoard experience.

In my opinion the hardware is more interesting... yet SO much harder to come by.

Certainly, which is partly why I don’t do much with hardware. Not only is it extremely expensive, but once you receive it, there’s not much you can do with it.

Agreed, but that wouldn’t stop me from crapping my pants if I ever managed to get a prototype! If I ever do, I plan to go through SwitchBoard file by file and document every last bit. theiphonewiki is a great tool for proto info, but it lacks in some key areas I’d like to fill!
