Oh wow! That seems very useful! Does it need AppleConnect?
I can’t remember if it requires authentication immediately, but I’m almost certain that it requires some sort of VPN connection in order to function properly. It’s still interesting to explore the app even if you can’t use it though!

Definitely! I’ve had a blast exploring HoodooYabuli this week and hope to take apart the HomeDiagnostics programs I got soon! It’s fascinating, the files in AppleInternal stuff, even if it’s just an icon or a note from the engineers.
