It’s from o2 uk shop. The shop has shut down now, but device still showing demo mode.
My only recommendation would be to contact your old manager. They should’ve unenrolled all the devices when the store shut down. Not sure how they ended up in the employees hands anyway.

Bruh do you not know anything about unenrolling demo devices,
@notjay92349724 put 3 fingers on the top right of the screensaver (without moving the device) until the settings appear, and tap unenroll -
