Would you mind explaining how exactly Self Service works internally? I know it’s a public app that different companies use for distribution of apps, but how does Apple use it and what teams get access to it?

Ah, I see. When visiting the link you provided I see this screen. Is this because I don’t have access to an Apple VPN? Is there any way to gain access without AppleConnect? I have a SEED account as well as a Teacher account. Could any of these get me access?
