But they let other apps such as amazon, McDonalds, Nike, etc. have they’re own direct payment methods, either have no one do it or every one
It is a for-profit company. Their whole goal is to make money. They wouldn’t be nearly as successful if they were letting stuff slide all the time. People don’t have to put their apps on the App Store. If they don’t want to follow the rules, they can go build their own app store.
