I *suspect* this was just a little muscle pull/nerve pinch. It was my old injury and thus my weak point but it's not crippling (hell I'm working today) but it genuinely has me wondering if I'll ever 4pl8.

I can diagnose you and tell you what to do to help. Does it hurt with flexion or extension? Does the pain radiate into your libs? Can you straighten your leg(s) and foot at right angle and raise it up without pain?

do u guys use belts they dont automatically make you safe, but they definitely forgive a little bit of mistakes and help with your breathing and bracing

It happens to all of us at some point. Get into a stretching routing or yoga a few times a week, expedites recovery. Hip mobility is crucial. You should start feeling better in 48-72 hours regardless.
