I guess actually all time zones become adjacent at the poles. (Excluding +13, +14, and fractional zones.) Whatever. That doesn't count.

@InstanceOfClass By avoiding making any of them adjacent! Really dont think a topology-only, or even metric-only, approach makes sense here. -
