Has the issue been fixed in relation to already uploaded videos? The latest video on my channel still freezes after a few seconds of watching

It will likely be another 48-72 hours for the issue to be fixed for ALL existing videos (it's hard to say exactly where your video will fall in this, it may be sooner). If you're okay with waiting that long, then definitely keep it up!
