As you almost know, junkies come to #SanFrancisco for the cheap, available drugs. They also carry their own porta drug den which sets up in seconds. Brought to you by @chesaboudin @LondonBreed #California #Travel #Summerpic.twitter.com/UMgmW0flOT

How do you propose we deal with the drug epidemic on our SF streets?

Come on now, dollar say you already know the answer but too many people, maybe you’re one of them just can’t admit to themselves what works and will work again. Make crime illegal. Crimes like drug use and sales at least in public for gods sake!

If all crimes are illegal, only criminals will commit crimes! Makes sense to me!

Exactly! Lots of crimes these days are crimes only in the Penal Code. If we don’t enforce say drug crimes, why have them? Why have laws at all if they are just merely enforced on the whims of whatever political block of the day decides to or not to enforce them. U get this

I agree. If the City and the DA don't want to enforce the laws, and work to remove them from the works. You can't just ignore what doesn't fit your political ideology.

The crux of it exactly. Didn't we vote on these laws via our elected reps at the local/state/fed level? how do these same reps then decide they are not obligated to do what the laws we voted on say they are obligated to do? I must have got all those poli sci classes all wrong
