Nor should such assumptions, even if true, have any say in how to do things today. It's a bad idea to begin with to base anything on the "traditional" or "natural" order of things.

idk what this article is even talking about. i took a single intro level anthropology course and even that book was like "so there was no real discernible separation between men and women when we were nomads, before we figured out ag and became static."
