Bro, I think it's pretty clear this dude, putting everything else aside, was holding this movement back on an advocacy/professional level. Yeah, he has the big name and credentials, but you have to move forward and adapt to the times.
Guy was an asperger hermit but there are many ways to make him step down, you don't need an army of women crying "harrasment" because he gave them weird business cards.

A small community where numbers matter. Having as many talented people in the room is critical. And being able to connect with the masses. That's what I'm talking about, about he holding the community back.

By definition unwanted romantic/sexual attention is harassment, especially if he's been told multiple times to knock that kind of stuff off. But truth be told, someone who....let's say has his issues getting along with others, maybe isn't the best person to lead a small community
