@InfinityInq Mostly hoping this "play without limits" slogan means no more arbitrary restrictions on what characters can play in what sets.
So to answer the question: In the 'US' there will NOT be a 'baseless' starter pack.
Unless you purchase the digital option. #DisneyInfinity

@InfinityInq I bought 2.0, so I never upgraded digitaly from 1.0 , now with 3.0 I wonder how upgrading from 2.0 to 3.0 works excatly? -
