less than that, I’m skimming this and he doesn’t seem to do much. In any candidate fundamental theory you have to naturally reproduce things like the Einstein field equations in a limit, and he claims to do this by pretty much just defining the equations into existence

Hmm. It's kind of like sophisticated numerology if that holds at all levels, and then you just kind of lean on the unreasonable effectiveness of your procedure to argue that it's real. That's not very convincing, but I still think this deserves a close (skeptical) read.
