Nope, it's intended to be conceptual as the actual numbers ended up being useless. If you look closely, the frequencies are integer multiples of the corner clocks. This is so the animation loops perfectly after a certain number of frames.

They weren't sufficiently different and ended up having irrational ratios, so the animation wouldn't loop.
