I don't think I have a good enough voice to pull off a successful YouTube channel about physics & math. Who would have thought that sort of thing would be pretty important if you want to be a narrator.

eh I don’t think it matters that much, just look at the extreme variety of voices among famous twitch streamers
No offense to Sean Carroll but i've had more than one person tell me they can't listen to his podcast cause they don't like his voice, and i just don't it lol

I've had plenty of people tell me they can't watch my videos because they don't like my voice. It doesn't stop me from making them

Oh, it won't stop me from doing for sure! I really want to do it. I'm just a little bit self conscious about it, especially since English isn't my first language and I still have a bit of an accent.
