To be fair though, from my crude simulations and solutions of the SIR model, the number of infected as a function of time looks more like those graphs. It's not going to remain exponential forever.

I'm glad somebody else is also countering the exponential poppycock/crap about COVID19. Crisis grifters are trying to graft small sections of graphs over time onto exponential, because exponential triggers drama and panic manipulation. Populations have limiting carrying capacity.
