Obviously the scales for this animation have been selected such that a Planck distance around the circumference will be traveled in a Planck unit of time.

Wait, no the ones on the outside are faster, and yeah frequency is inverse time so that makes sense. Point still stands that the units are free variables and can be selected to make inverse time equal to radius!
