Gravity is the curvature of spacetime Magnetism follows from the U(1)_{em} symmetry of the standard model Entropy is a statistical quantity, it makes no sense to apply it to two fundamental particles in a bound state As for life, i'm no expert

There’s not a way to make sense of entropy for an atom? I would have assumed the different orbitals would be like different microstates for the atom.

You can assign a quantum entropy of sorts due to quantum uncertainty, but that’s not the same as classical uncertainty which gives rise to entropy
