Good question.. I’ve got to work that out. I used natural units and the entire oscillation takes about 150 units where I normalized the ground state energy to unity.. so gotta do the conversion

Though if you want an order of magnitude estimate just take 1/(E_4/hbar) where E_4 is 13.6eV/4^2

It's the time scale associated with energy difference ~ ħ/(E4-E3) = 9x16 ħ / (7 x 13.6 eV). Still fs neighborhood.
