Don't the simultaneous observations with ligo and conventional telescopes of distant events (e.g. neutron star merger) contradict this?
there's error bars of course and to my understanding since the graviton would be extremely light it probably falls within the error bars

sure, because it is widely accepted .. we're talking about a very very small deviation .. maybe not exactly but very close
