In essence I am not arguing against Heissenbergs principle. I am arguing against applying it to a single event, when it is an expression on ensambles/many events.

I think this is exactly the point. If I understood You correctly, the point is that the positrons in the chamber display classical behavior. Thats why they have meaningful postion and momentum states. And positrons are still fundamental particles.
