Schön, wäre ich jünger und hätte besser gelernt würde ich auch sowas machen. Jetzt da ich dumm war, muss ich mit Datenbanken leben und immer darüber nachdenken, wie toll es wäre programieren zu können, etwas Neues zu erschaffen.

So, for those of us not willing to spend $35 for the write-up; is this essentially knowing a starting-condition, and end-condition, then calculating the necessary maneuvers, or is it sensing/responding in realtime?

It seems it is only the "swing up" control that is achieved: the balance doesn't last very long. Are the two problems (swing up, long balance) related?
