      I think Yale's Prof. Shankhar's Introductory lectures on quantum mechanics are pretty accessible

      Shankar's stuff is pretty mathematically inclined and probably more suitable for a second course on QM. Griffiths quantum mechanics is probably the most accessible textbook I can think of.
