You're confusing two things. The fact that when an external system interacts with a quantum system it influences the outcome. This is an experimental result and interpretation independent.

Copenhagen doesn't say outright it's humans who collapse the wavefunction. It does, however, conspicuously point in that direction, and acts puzzled when asked to provide a better explanation.

I'm really confused since you seem to know QM, but how is this interpretation independent? Isn't relational QM a thing, where the state of a particle is the interaction with the observer, just like in Spec Rel. Ie just like the universe being unrendered prior to interaction?
