Well, I never understand why we focus so much on emphasizing that electrons don't rotate but never really say so emphatically that electrons don't move.

Well, because they don't have a trajectory. The classical concept of motion requires the existence of an x(t).

you're saying that un-defined trajectory means 0 velocity, which doesn't follow. It's ill-defined, not zero. That's like saying 1/0 = 0

No, exactly, it is a concept that only arises in the classical limit so I am saying that we can't talk about the "motion" of an electron the same way we can't talk about the "spinning" of an electron. Unless we redefine these concepts.
