I also find it tragic that people are upset about his sexual-harassment but completely ignore him contributing to building an Atom bomb that was used to kill hundreds of thousands of people
He didn’t enjoy its use. After its use and losing his wife, Feynman fell into a deep depression. He’s spoke about it. It was war, and he was fighting for his country. I see no issue in this vein.

Respectfully disagree with you on this. Many other physicists became great anti-nuclear activists after WW2 like Einstein and Szilard and I call Feynman out for that when I teach nukes. Once I had lunch with Wheeler and he cried about his work on the bomb. It’s complicated.
