I didn't see the OP that got deleted but I assume it was related to Feyman's scientific contributions and not a repetition of a sexist joke. He's clearly a thinker you admire; deleting was simping disguised as virtue.

I'll take your word for it bc I generally like your acct and arguing on twitter is a waste of time. But announcing to your followers that you deleted a tweet "bc sexism" (rather than say, just deleting) has more than a whiff of signalling to it
