Does it make sense to say that the processes represented by Feynman diagrams and path integrals (like beta decay) are “real?” If you want to say in what sense they are or are not real, please respond!

Momentum space Feynman Diagrams are a bit of an artificial construct, so let's talk about position space diagrams. Whether those internal lines representing particles moving between vertices "really exist" I would say depends on your choice of interpretation of quantum mechanics
