Does it make sense to say that the processes represented by Feynman diagrams and path integrals (like beta decay) are “real?” If you want to say in what sense they are or are not real, please respond!

The _whole path integral_ is just the wavefunction, which is definitely real (and probably basically _all_ that’s real at a fundamental level), but I honestly don’t think it makes sense to say that processes represented in Feynman diagrams are real in the same sense, precisely
Is the wave function the most fundamental though ? Also I think Zach meant in the context of QFT
