Sure. I just hate pdf links and I think they are bad practice. By the way, Terry Tao usually has superb blogposts about his work. https://terrytao.wordpress.com/2019/08/13/eigenvectors-from-eigenvalues/ … So in his case, it's best just to link to his blog where one can find link to arXiv in the first sentence.
