it’s way easier to ask a stupid question than to spend hours on google trying to dig out the answer .. that’s what I say
also it’s done by completing the square ;) hah but I’m sure I knew that by now
I figured it out after several hours trying to understand what I did find on Google, exactly 
mathematics is always better conveyed in person than it is when you try to interpret a bunch of symbols
