Griffiths goes over the Lienard-Wiechert potentials in the last chapter of the book (4th edition). (I am preparing electrodynamics lectures right now, so I know where most books cover most topics
)
huh interesting i didn't know he covered those .. maybe he didn't in the older editions (?)

That I don't know. I only own the last edition (it wasn't the book I studied electrodynamics on when I was an undergrad).
