Of course: the point is immobile, from its own point of view... But there's the camera from here oscillating 90% of the speed of light in its Electrical Field so
well not quite .. since the charge is accelerating back and forth the charge will not necessarily think it's immobile (esp. when changing directions) .. it will also see relativistic effects
