... I know this is garden Twitter, but I still can’t believe I went most of my life not knowing how to easily get pomegranate seeds. 
The seeds sink, the rind floats. Cut the pomegranate & fill a big bowl w/ water. Rub the seeds out, scoop away the floating white.
