Okay that's what I thought but why is the rainbow pattern connecting the lines on the left but doing the opposite on the right? You see what I mean?

i'm thinking it has to do somehow with the AR coating .. for some reason the waves that enter the medium seem to propagate left more freely than they do to the right ..
