no i mean the physical coin itself has a 1% bias on heads .. so with large enough N and perfect flips you should see 51% to 49%

However, a person is disturbing that weighted bias by randomly flipping from H or T, then randomly catching it on H or T. There really aren’t perfect flips...it’s a human thing.
