True. But could go either way with the opener. Right? They could win more but they could also lose more.
yea i'm not saying it favors any one direction just that the N isn't close enough to where i can be confident .. especially with how close the ratios come out to be

You're right too. The sample size is much smaller. I don't hate the opener but don't think it necessarily make you better or worse. Using your closer in a more highly leveraged spot inning 7-9 might be more beneficial than saving him for the end.

right .. but that's assuming that there's something to "close" haha .. gotta take a close game as far as you can imo
