why in the interview with Brian Josephson is he making such strong claims but doesn't cite a specific study?
It appears that he thinks there's many so doesn't bother citing a specific one. I think that's why he goes on to talk about experimenter effect, basically implying not all positive results are related to that, or prosaic overall.

There are tons of studies and meta-analyses. Dean Radin writes accessibly about the evidence in his books; Jim Carpenter's First Sight is a great resource; & I summarize the evidence in Time Loops (+ argue why most "ESP" is really precognition).
