Purely cultural, I suppose. 1/φ is as beautiful as φ, yet 1/φ < 1. τ=2π is sometimes considered more natural that π, and 2π > 6. I have nothing to say about e, though; absolute unit.

Well there’s nothing special about the interval I chose.. I would say that 0,10 is quite a narrow interval for all the “heavy hitters” to lie on as well
or even 0,100 .. it seems odd that “beautiful numbers” are “bounded” .. quotations are important here
