Just don't perpetuate the myth that magnetic field lines actually exist. It's just a model that we use to visualize fields. What you see in this video is magnetism induced in particles, then they stick together end-to-end in lines, then the lines repel each other. Not field lines
I know very well about the quantized field theory of EM. Though I do find your comment to be philosophically naive. The photon exchange you’re referring to is a model as well.

Yeah what exists in any model is also going to be highly underdetermined by the model content itself, so it’s never really trivial
