There's still a lot of conceptual labor that goes into knowing what the "right" orientation even looks like .. or how to learn to change your pattern of thinking to become acute to that
multiple resources are great, but at the end of the day nobody can "teach" you anything despite how many pretty pictures you look at

Agree that you have to put in the effort no matter what resource you use. Just trying to point out here that taking too much time to grok something could well be a problem of the material you choose that just doesn't resonate.
