Is there a way to obtain the manifold traced by these pendulums?
it would be a huge mess in this frame and probably in the inertial frame also

I mean a manifold of them put together / collectively. Could be an illusion but they seem to be tracing a 3D shape. Have you looked at it from the bottom view? I think there might be something like: https://twitter.com/prathyvsh/status/1164160890129678338 … going on.
